Eckoharbour provides website design, website development, digital marketing, branding support, SEO setup, automation, AI assistant setup, and related digital services for businesses.
All project prices are based on the selected package, chosen add-ons, support plan, project requirements, and any agreed custom work. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Payments may be processed securely through Stripe. Eckoharbour does not store card details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, images, videos, logos, text, menu details, business details, login details where required, and any other content needed for the project.
If customers upload files, they confirm they own those files or have permission to use them.
Project timelines depend on the selected package, customer response time, content availability, third-party services, and the complexity of the work.
Revisions are included only where stated in the selected package or agreed proposal. Extra revisions, additional pages, new features, or changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.
Deposits, setup fees, digital work, design work, development work, and completed services may be non-refundable once work has started.
Customers may cancel a project by contacting Eckoharbour. Any work already completed or costs already incurred may still be payable.
Eckoharbour is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late approvals, third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, payment providers, file upload issues, or customer changes.
All website content, design, code, graphics, concepts, and files remain the property of Eckoharbour until payment is completed in full.
Once full payment is received, the agreed final website assets will be transferred or made available to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Eckoharbour is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of data, loss of business, or issues caused by third-party systems, plugins, hosting, domains, payment providers, or customer misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
