How long does it take to build a website? +

Most websites are delivered in 2 to 4 weeks from project start. Our standard timeline is 4 weeks (no rush fee), priority builds in 2 weeks (+£300), and express builds in 1 week (+£600). The actual time depends on the size and complexity of your project, plus how quickly you provide content and feedback.

How much does a website cost? +

Our websites start from £999 for a charity or £1,199 for a small business. The exact price depends on your industry, number of pages, features, and add-ons. Use our Price Builder to see your exact cost in real time — no hidden fees, ever.

Do I own the website after it's built? +

Yes — 100%. Once paid in full, you own everything: the code, the domain (if we registered it), the content, the design files. We hand over full credentials and provide training so you can manage it yourself, or stay on a maintenance plan if you prefer us to handle it.

What's included in the price? +

Every website includes: mobile responsive design, SSL certificate, UK hosting (1st year free), 2 rounds of revisions, contact form, Google Maps, photo gallery, FAQ section, reviews integration, and 30 days of post-launch support. See our Price Builder for the full inclusion list.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Yes. Our standard payment is 50% upfront to start the project, and 50% on launch. For projects over £3,000, we can split into 3 instalments. We accept bank transfer, Stripe (card payments), and Direct Debit for monthly maintenance plans.

What if I need changes after launch? +

You get 30 days of free post-launch support for any small fixes. After that, choose from our maintenance plans: Essential £49/mo (hosting & security), Growth £99/mo (+ content updates), or Managed £199/mo (unlimited changes). Or pay-as-you-go at £149 per one-off update.

Do you handle SEO and Google rankings? +

Yes. Every site we build has on-page SEO foundation included. For deeper work — keyword research, content strategy, link building, ongoing optimisation — we offer SEO packages starting from £499. We've helped clients reach page 1 on Google in 6 weeks.

Can you help with my existing website? +

Absolutely. We do redesigns, migrations, speed optimisations, security audits, accessibility fixes, and full rebuilds. If your current site is on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or anywhere else, we can either improve it or migrate you to a faster, more reliable platform.

Is my data safe with you? +

Yes — fully GDPR compliant. Your data is hosted in UK data centres, encrypted with SSL, and backed up daily. We never share, sell, or send your data outside the UK without explicit permission. We can also build a Privacy Policy and Cookie Consent system into your site (£99 add-on).

What if I don't like the design? +

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the design. We share progress with you throughout — no surprises at the end. If after 2 rounds it's still not right, we'll work with you to make it right. We've never had an unhappy client walk away.
